Leading with horses as a coach
Horses react to the smallest body language and vocal signals that are barely perceptible to humans. They have developed a special sense for recognizing the true personality and size of an individual.
In the social system of a herd of horses, there are numerous parallels to human social structures, which makes it possible to transfer the training findings directly to everyday management.

Our horse-supported leadership training was examined in the dissertation “Leadership training using natural horsemanship. A research into the effectiveness of coaching with horses.” for its effectiveness in terms of emotional intelligence, social competence, non-verbal communication and leadership behavior. The dissertation shows the concrete changes in everyday life.
Coaching
